Type /staff request <reason>
and the staff will read the reason check if its valid and communicate with you about the problem or take it on their own depending the situation.

What exactly would this accomplish that we don't already have? Would it mainly be a way for staff to pick out the staff requests from the cluttered chat?

I have two primary concerns with this: The first is that it will be abused and people will use it to spam staff when they are upset with the server. The second is that many people will not use it correctly. For example, many people feel the need to specifically ask staff questions which can be answered by almost anybody on the server. There would be alot of "/staff request Where can I find food?" or "/staff request Can you TP me to my friend?" As it is, we are able to answer valid questions and explain the rules on teleporting ourselves, leaving staff to deal with more important problems. If the question was sent with /staff request, we would not able to see it and staff would have to either take the time to answer it or ignore it altogether. There are also the impatient people who ask for staff members 20 times in a row if they're griefed, even if they've been told there are no staff online and they need to wait. I understand your thinking behind this but I'm just afraid it wouldn't be used right, it would be used to annoy staff, and people wouldn't be able to get help as easily.

Case in point just now. If Skullkid7611 had sent his question with /staff request, he wouldn't have gotten an answer as no staff is online right now. It's a question that anybody on the server could answer, but people address it to staff.
