As the title says, this idea is for a year long lottery.

Rules of the lottery are the same as the lottery we just had, but at the end a greater number of winners, around the 50 mark I was thinking but could be more or less.

The lottery draw would be held on 1st Jan 2014.

This does increase the chance of an inactive player wining but in this situation the credits could either be split between the two ticket holders either side
Example: 3892 is the winning ticket but the player who bought that ticket is no longer active therefor 3891 + 3893 would split the winings

Alternatively a redraw could take place for any unclaimed prizes.

Regarding Tags
You may notice [IMPLEMENTED], [ACCEPTED], and [REJECTED] tags beside titles. Do NOT manually place these in your title. Additionally, do not edit them out. These are placed by admins. Breaking this rule will result in a forum ban.

[IMPLEMENTED] = This idea has (already, or just was) implemented in game.
[ACCEPTED] = This idea has been accepted, and will be implemented shortly.
[REJECTED] = This idea will not be implemented.

[suggestion] is not a tag it is merely stating that I am making a suggestion, it is no different to me typing "suggestion:"

It's formatted like a tag, ergo it's a tag.

Tags aren't limited to specific things; anything with brackets around it in your title is a tag.

Weekly or even Bi weekly would be better.

It may be formatted like a tag, but firstly it is not one of the tags that must not be placed in the title as specified in the sticky thread, secondly I'm sure that everyone who saw it new it was not a "tag" and to all that thought it was a "tag" and were confused by this, my deepest apologies.

I think every 2 months would be better
