If winners do not claim in 3 days, repick the unclaimed ones.

We wouldn't want the 1st and 3rd place winners to win then never claim it though. It would be a waste of credits.

Not really a good idea, It's the festive time. They might not be on for a while and knowing they lost because they didn't claim under a week would kind of suck. I assume there will be a time limit on it. No idea what it will be though :)

This is what I think the reason behind this suggestion is. For greed. Just cause they won the lottery but ain't came on to claim it until a month later doesn't mean you have to denie them something that they won fairly. All of us played the game of chance in this lottery, and for that we should not denie those that won their winnings.

3 days is too short. In the real world lottery winners have 180 days or something like that. Of course that's real money, but still.

Just like realms disbanding; 30 days wait.

Well, a minecraft day is 72 times shorter. 180 days / 72 = 2.5 days XD

Does someone unaware of the winnings for 30 days really deserve to have all that money? If he did claim the winnings even after 30 days, would he even be affected by his winnings? From what 30 days of not claiming shows, it could virtually be like no one claiming it at all.

The idea here is that, what happens if no one claims it? Nobody wants to see that. But what defines "not claimed"? There needs to be a time restriction. And 30 days is a long time considering that's the point of inactivity at which realms disband. 60 days would be even safer. 3 days however, is insane.
