[REJECTED] Incorporate elements of NoCheatPlus to ensure..

Incorporate elements of NoCheatPlus to ensure hacked clients are not in use.
Not the plugin itself. The points below that need to be detected for.

Given the recent rise in accusations of hacked clients, a thread recently came to the conclusion that we need to have a detection system in place for pvp hacks.

Sprint particles, potion bubbles, perceived reach distance, and lag are bad indicators; and is leading to unneeded arguments.

The "Fight" section alone of NoCheatPlus promises to:
  • Prevent attacking of enemies that aren't in the line of sight of the player
  • Prevent attacking without first swinging your arm
  • Prevent attacking too many times within one second
  • Prevent attacking of targets that are too far away
  • Prevent players becoming invulnerable by exploitation of a design flaw of Minecraft
  • Prevent players from knocking back other players when it's not technically possible
  • Prevent players from giving critical hits to other players when it's not technically possible
  • Prevent players from hit other players while blocking with their sword
  • Penalize players that change their direction by a lot (against force fields).
  • Feed combined check to find players that do a lot of different things too quickly.

This covers the main complaints that most people have: force fielding, nuker, kill aura, and reach hacking.

Some sort of detection system would ensure the integrity of PVP on Minerealm.

Almost every sever has this, the auto-ban rarely works.you can always bypass the system

Actually the pvp server I play on has this and it always works. The pvp server is 300+.
Also note he said elements, as Intelli would use it as a template

PvP has integrity?!?

And wouldn't our server have his already? Considering that plugin has been available for quite some time and our server has been running for quite some time as well.

What do you propose then?
You are constantly calling other people hackers but don't want more detection in place?

I'm not saying the whole thing for advertising reasons mcpv other stuff.

We don't need anything from NoCheatPlus. I do agree we need a more cut throat system to detect pvp hack clients, however.
