I say we should make a pvp section on forums with the following things:
*It will be called PvP
*It will not show up on the bored index or whatever you call the thing that pops up when you click forums.
*Lock everything that says not to have flame wars in the topic(dont lock if it doesnt say not to)
*It wont clutter up the board index for the people who could care less about PvP.

Yes. No more flaming on the board index and everything is moved to one secluded section. Also, this is a one shot thing that staff have to do. If this isn't implemented, then staff would always have to go around saying "locked due to flaming" etc. and pass out warnings. It's less trouble for staff, and it's less troublesome for the community.

I don't believe that the flaming across the whole forum would be stopped by this, firstly as we'd have one section where people think it's OK to argue, flame etc and that would end up wasting the time of staff as they have to deal with a bunch of people who think they've been given a section to hate each other in.

For me, I find that flaming occurs anywhere and everywhere that people post, as some people on the forums can become agitated and defensive about small comments which may not be intended towards them, however they will immediately attack the poster, causing an argument wherever this is.

Your banned why does it really matter if all of the pvp section will probally be about something in-game

True iixam. Flaming cannot be stopped; however, with the addition of this new section the flaming can be confined to just one secluded section of the forums so no one will have to constantly read flaming threads and staff will no longer have to post "locked" whenever flaming erupts.

Also, staff won't have to deal with the flaming people, for this section was specifically made so that PvPers could just flame and staff WON'T have to deal with them.

1st of all maxii this is mostly about people who careless about pvp not have to see it on the board index and having pvp stuff all over the forums. And your one of those people but ok.
