I dont have much to say but i was thinking of the bed as a use for something similar to /home. if you sleep in a bed, it sets that location as your new spawn point when you die so you will be teleported to that place instead of the spawn.

My suggestion here was rejected quite quickly. I wanted beds to sleep in, not as an alternate teleport makes the server less vanilla.

But, bedbugs!

i'm aware of that but you didnt mention the use of beds as a spawn point though

Simple, if STRONG pesticides don't work, then weak ones should!

Also, I would love to see beds enabled. It would add a little aspect and option that players can use if they ever want to film a little skit that they have put together (like CraftedMovie's!)

Yes, its more vanilla considering beds were made to be used not disabled. This is more vanilla then /home. Id like both though.

yes, but with the /sethome and /home command removed if beds will set your spawn. (this will make it a bit tougher but more legit for new players to establish a home base, having to find sheep to make a bed and all)

This suggestion is Enable beds. NOT enable beds and delete /home

Be able to use them but them not do anything just be able to lie on them, and keep the current /home system.

^ I vote yes for that no for anything else. I want to keep the /home system.
