[INVALID]Allow Veterans to change their [Donor] to [Veteran]

The title says it all. I think it would be cool for veterans that donate to be able to change their tag (only once) to say [Veteran]. There is absolutely no harm and it gives veterans some more incentive to donate (not that they need it).

Steps to achieve such awesomeness:
Step 1: Be Intelli
Step 2: Promote dugs30 to moderator
Step 3: In the donations forum (if they are a veteran), they put whether or not they want their tag displayed as [donor] or [veteran] (for that month)...
Step 4: Bring in the moneys
