Perhaps add a tracking system so the more you use it the more expensive it becomes. Say in increments of 500rc.

Why not just let people who are new to minerealm get 3 teleports to help them find some friends?

yeah I see bad things from this idea, especially with some who want to quickly teleport to a disbanded realm to steal vaulables or buy the realm. Even though it would cost a fee.
