[IMPLEMENTED] Update /help

Title mainly says it all. All these new things being implemented needs /help to have them so I know what's new to test. I'm sure intelli is/will be working on this adventually. Just incase he isn't though.

No need to create a suggestion about things we already do. Whenever we add new permanent commands, we always add them to help.
