[REJECTED] make ideas/suggestion not show up on main page.

Well I'm already tired of the spam of all I these ideas and suggestions. So this could work like how the bans section only shows up in the bans section. This will definitely reduce some spam.
So basically you will only see the ideas on it own section

Voted yes, because all I see is suggestion thread's on the main page. It's spam I say, spam!

here. I'm not sure how staff will react to a repeat suggestion though.

Yea, no duplicate suggestion on the same day please. This just spams up the front page with unnecessary suggestions.
Rejected. Wait at least a week before duplicating a rejected suggestion.
