[IMPLEMENTED] Make beacons private

So when placing a beacon within a private realm, non-realm members can access and change the beacon.
I'd like to see this changed so only realm members can use the beacon. Much like the change with Anvils. Thanks.

Ihad this suggestion typed up yesterday when my internet went outand it didnt post :P It probably gets annoying having to use diamonds over and over to change what some randy did

Well, I'd say this is just like the trampling farms thread. If you don't want anyone changing the beach just block it off and cage it with a little hole at the top of the "cage." Problem solved

Glass is used to block people from accessing the beacon from the top while allowing the beacon to still operate. However, glass is breakable instantly by an Eff IV (let alone an Eff V) so it's easy to break through even 3 layers of glass and right-click the beacon before the server can keep up with replacing the blocks on a private realm. You would need to have more than 3 glass blocks above and two layers of any non-instantly breakable block on the sides of the beacon - Just to make it inaccessible... Solution is simple. Vote 'yes'.
