"Trampling farms on owned realms should be veiwed as serious harassment" is what I am going for in this idea. But now that I think of it, it can be viewed as greifing since it does involve destroying something someone has built.


Here I am just minding my own business, then decided to go to my town of ravine to check up on my potatoe and carrot farm. Only to find them trampled and not there. Then found my wheat farm the same way. I absolutely felt harassed, just furious someone would do such a thing. A huge loss on my part since I dunno if mods can rollback my farms to back where they was, or if they can id the person who done it, and since I aqquired the potatoes and carrots via a giveaway and only receiving only a few each.

i dont think it should result in a ban but a temporary ban of any legnth depend on how much property damaged would be better

I don't think a poll is needed as it is seen as griefing.

Destroying others things against their will on purpose is griefing and thereby bannable.

It's up for staff to decide when it's a warning and when it's a ban, they judge.

It's basically already bannable. You could add another passage way or block the crops so only members of that realm could access the crops.

That is what I plan on doing once I am able to get my potatoes and carrots back, or if I do get them back. The wheat I can already replant since I got a stock of seeds for them, but the potatoes and carrot seeds was what I had in the garden. Might even put in underground.

So considering there's already a "vanilla" gameplay solution for this, this idea will not be implemented.

It may have bearing on this issue when the "prevention" solution is the same.

i think an easy way to fix this is to make it so you can't trample crops on a private realm you do not have access to. ( As in they wont break )

I find this thread pointless since it is already considered griefing.. Sorry just my few cents worth.
