ive noticed people complaining about lag while the server is running just fine. so i thought i would share a little trick that would reduce lag bigtime while playing mincraft. ill make it into a comic type thing so our computer illiterate people won't be lost. NOTE i had a better quality picture but it was to big so i had to make it smaller. My OS is windows vista

Please note:
If you have 2 processes running on 'high' at the same time, your computer will be unstable and might crash.

Right, because everyone has the money to shell out for a new computer when they have a bit of lag. He's suggesting a free alternative that may fix lag.

3 things:
-ctrl+shift+esc opens the task manager (all modern versions of windows), unlike ctrl+alt+del, which opens some lock screen in vista and windows 7
-For me at least Minecraft's process (javaw.exe) over time hogs more and more RAM, so once in a while I restart Minecraft, and most of the lag goes away. My computer doesn't have all that much RAM, so this might not be a problem for you.
-You know the shift-f2 bug (it might have been fixed)? For any bug that causes Minecraft to go unresponsive killing the process (javaw.exe) is completely painless and quick.
