[REJECTED] toggle usage of home ports by non-realm members

This is similar to
RyGuy130's suggestion. I want to suggest this in a new thread because it's easier on Intelli to choose over the two options, accepting and declining the suggestion as it is suggested, not a modified version of it.
This allows realm owners to allow or disable the /home teleports within a realm only for non-realm members. Realm members always have the ability to port home within the realm.
/sethome still works, always setting the home point.
Home points are not removed when the toggle is switched off, just disabled.
The player is notified when /home is used and the home point is toggled off by the realm owner.

ow god.. it's like the suggestions keep getting stupider..
Why would you need this? Seriously.. How many people have a /sethome on your realms, without being a member of the realm?
Assuming RyGuys suggestion gets implemented, it would really be easier to just add them as a MEMBER, instead of all those toggles...

I'm pretty sure Intelli wants to limit the amount of toggles.
Secondly, does this really need a new thread? I mean it's a ever so slight alteration of the one made by RyGuy.

The idea is to keep malicious players from setting their home where they're not supposed to be. For example, see my signature. I own this agriculture building which has tilled dirt and a wool farm. I give players building rights for a price. Once the rent has expired, I remove their membership. But who's to say they won't continue using the farm (or destroying it) by setting their home point inside?
RyGuy's suggestion does fix this problem. What I suggest is making it togglable. I think it's great to be able to port to realms you don't have building privileges in. But it can still be used as a cheat to get to places blocked off. Hence, give the realm owner the option to shut it off. RyGuy's suggestion fixes some problems. This suggestion fixes more.
For the reason of having created a new thread, I want this suggestion to be more prominent. If it's simply a reply to a suggestion, it doesn't get the attention it deserves.
I realize this may be over complicated and simplicity is key to a successful server. Intelli knows more than I do. It's his decision.

Eah.. If you remove the members, after their payed time is up, then they can't destroy anything.. So why the heck worry about where they set their home?
In my opinion your suggestion is totally useless and would be a waste of time if coded.
