N2Z, if it were to be implemented, intelli would code it, possibly on one of the other two servers we have but don't use, test it, and then once its ready, simply place the code and restart the server resulting in little to no downtime

As the OP has suggested it, I say no for reasons stated above.

+1 for this though. And if staff can reset home warps within a realm you own, that fixes many problems too.

This is actually a much better idea. The only reason I can remember suggesting it as it is was because I'd always had the feeling that Intelli was against adding togglable realm options. Personally though, I'd be incredibly happy if either of these two suggestions got implemented.
