But on about 90-99% of each topic has a comment from deel :3

I suggest finding out his average posts-per-day and lowering that a little. However it doesnt seem all fair. He may just me wanting to become a staff one day or be an active member of the community.

Pretty much, it kind of is. It's not clearly stated in the rules you can't be funny. And technically, dlgn usually posts in threads related to randomness, which makes his posts... relevant.
It's a bit frustrating that we haven't heard one valid reason besides he's annoying, which doesn't really qualify, but "yes" is still pulling ahead.

Again, there are people with more and nearly the same post count. I don't think saying nonsense is a good reason for someone not to be able to speak. Especially since nonsense is an opinion, what you call nonsense I call funny jokes.

When I come on to use the forums I see throughout all topics posts from dlgn, which don't always have relevance to the thread that I am reading, this gets quite annoying when it happens almost on a daily basis. The forums are for everyone to use I agree, it has been brought up to dlgn in the past about his excessive posting not by myself but by others, he still continues to post excessively. If his posts were more on topic, more comedic and if he stopped creating so many pointless threads which clutter up the forum home page as he comments on them everyday so they never leave the home page then there wouldn't be a problem.

This suggestion isn't about silencing dlgn, just limiting how many posts he can make so maybe he will think more before posting something and stop cluttering up the forums, he is not the only one that does it, there is no one anywhere near the same level as him. It's not about the number of posts made, it's about the number of posts made that didn't need to be made.

Yet you singled him out in this suggestion.... I don't think you would appreciate it all that much if someone said limit your post count and only your post count. If you intended to make a serious suggestion you should not have targeted a single individual... which is saying you don't care about your 1st Amendment rights.
